Yes, at the Circuit Appeals Court level but not for District judges. The 9th circuit is loaded with crappy District judges since the RATS have used the blue slip process to insure only acceptable (to them) nominees make it to confirmation votes.

44 of Trump's 53 nominations for District Court have been approved by voice vote or with minor opposition.
DJT has some room to make an impact at the district court level as well.
