She is the PROPERTY of the military. She’s lucky she’s allowed to wear her scarf because it’s not standard military uniform issue.
Her civil rights are limited and there are no civil rigjts to clothing. Otherwise we’d all demand silk undies and Kashmir sweaters...

The army is her mother, father, sister, brother. She could find herself in the brig.

Nope, the brig/ confinement facility at fort Carson was dismantled years ago. Sorry if I don’t remember we’re they stay now. Likely the got a contract with the El Paso county sheriff for holding prisoners. The Army still has room confinement monitored by the unit until the hearing for discharge for non compliance to military orders.
