I’m not sure and correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t believe that there is any prohibition in the Koran about female hair style below a head covering,
Don’t know, don’t care what the Koran says, she was found in violation of US Army regulations.
She said it was in a bun.
That was my first thought as well. It seems like she should be able to honor both her religious tradition and the Army - at least with respect to hair regulations.
