You just cannot imagine the low level of skills among prosecutors and judges. Dumber than a rock...the whole group.

At the least, it should be for decades WHEN he is convicted.
Typical legal jargon, like alleged, MSM nor Prosecutors are allowed to use guilty of as a term no matter how many times a criminal legal or illegal commits a crime. Innocent till proven innocent, so Presumed of the crime is the term used. And IF convicted. Punishment doesn’t fit the crime, but each state sets those laws. They also set how many days off for good behavior a prisoner gets, average serve rate is 30% at prison level. Less at lower type facilities.
Memphis has a 11 month 29 day lower felony facility average serve time 90 days. DUI’s are served on the weekends. Juveniles is less, “community service” hanging with your homies playing Basket Ball.
