Roe vs Wade was simply a horrible ruling. Even Ginsburg said it went too far.
It's also responsible for the deep divisions in this country now. States had their own laws prior to 1973 on abortion. That's the way it should be.

No, that’s not a right retained by states or even individuals per the Tenth Amendment.
