Yes, there are other bugs besides bacteria as we all know! You share a lot when you decide to even kiss a new person. But we all do, don’t we? We aren’t supposed to be alone. But we just don’t realize how many bacteria etc are in the loveseat alongside.

This is only the tip of the iceberg of the health hazards of homosexual conduct. If conservatives had their heads on straight they would have presented all of this sickness in the defense of marriage, and even in the defense of anti-sodomy laws before that. There is AMPLE reason to restrict this type of behavior in society.

Great point. The homosexual lifestyle is one of constantly mitigating hazards at every turn. This is completely counter to life as a monogamous sexual partner of a complementary spouse, where the "worst" that can happen is the creation of a new human life.

I think you would have to find a subset of fundamentally heterosexual (we all are, really, but some are attracted otherwise) people who sample the lifestyle due to what their teachers said, and were hurt by it (HIV, “gay bowel syndrome”, unusually severe DV, etc.). Otherwise, you might not be able to have standing to sue.
That seems to me to be a distinction without a difference.
