Palestinians never had any land to lose. There is no historical nation called “Palestine” and the Palestinians are from surrounding countries, not Israel.
Yes, there was a land area called Palestine. The Ottoman Turks ruled it until the end of WWI. Then Britain ruled it. At the end of WWII Britain was again in control. Jewish terrorists forced the Brits to decide to Vacate. The bombing of the King David Hotel was an example.. When the British pulled out the surrounding Arab countries claimed they were going to wipe out every living person in the land. Many Arabs living in what is now Israel left. These people were hosted by the Arab nations in temporary settlements. When the Israels stopped the Arabs the Temporary settlements became permanent. The people occupying those settlements are the “Palestinian “. The Arabs who took them in have not offered them homes etc. The Arabs use them as a weapon against Israel and teach them to hate. The Arabs that stayed and didn’t go into the camps are citizens of Israel. One Palestinian I knew was complaining about Israel, his uncrowned the entire Toyota distribution for Israel. Gee , I want to be persecuted like that!
