Three of the five thugs cops say jumped and viciously beat a man in Brooklyn were arrested Monday, police sources said. A fourth suspect was slated to turn himself in on Tuesday and the fifth is still being sought for the shocking caught-on video attack on Kenneth Wong, sources said. At least one of the suspects apprehended is 13 years old, and another is 15, according to the teens’ parents.

Kudos on one hand for the dad who took his son to the police station. On the other hand, what his son did took it out of the ‘kids will be kids’ level. They were violent.

So, mommy dearest, he DID DO SOMETHING, and it was ILLEGAL.
Here in Los Angeles, this would not even be a crime, the Police would Not respond, they would hang up on you. It is Perfectly Legal to Steal up to $950 in California from anyone. Most Felonies that existed a few years ago are now misdemeanors or no crime at all. At the very most if they arrested the perps for the assault, they would be released in a few hours and the case would be over, no court date, nothing.
