Interesting, and telling, picture there.

And it leads to this question. If MLK is to be torn down, then who should the black role model be? Obama? Sharpton? Farrakhan?

I suppose you could reach back into history and pick someone like Booker T. Washington. Be he just doesn’t have the gravitas today that those other four have.

So MLK, Obama, Sharpton, or Farrakhan? I’ll go with the very flawed MLK any old day.

Justice Thomas has done more for race relations than MLK ever thought of doing.

Disagree. Booker T. Washington was a greater man than all those others named. He was also a former slave, which none of them were, and knew the right course to take to uplift his people (and it wasn’t the siren song of Socialism).
