Devin Nunes, R-Calif., have highlighted how parts of the transcript were left out, including Dowd saying his request was "not only for the president, but for the country," he was not asking for confidential information, and he did not appear to be certain that Flynn had decided to cooperate with Mueller's team.

I’m hard pressed to see how asking someone’s lawyer for information is obstruction.
They got Flynn to say he thought this phone call was an attempt to interfere with his cooperation? Can’t see how.

Mueller’s biggest lie was the there was no evidence of collusion! He gave details on the Trump Tower meeting between the lady Russian lawyer and Trump Jr. But he left out the part where:
(1) the lady Russian lawyer needed State Department approval to even be in the U.S. Who approved?
(2) The CEO of Fusion GPS met with this lady lawyer the day before the meeting, the day of the meeting, and the day after the meeting.
(3) The FBI had Trump Tower bugged using a specious FISA warrant.
Surely, there is collusion, with a Russian, no less, somewhere in that narrative!! Since the FBI was involved, it also points to entrapment.

I’m sure that Attorney General Barr is considering this, but the entire Mueller investigation might have constituted obstruction of justice.
The missrepresentation of information is how these deep staters roll. We have also seen that many times in their Climate Change dialect.
Don’t forget that Flynn’s attorneys work for a Democratic connected law firm. They did nothing to help Flynn.
