Joe Biden is too stupid to win the nomination (#2)

Since plagiarism killed an earlier Biden run at the presidency and dogged him in law school, the first rule of a rational Biden campaign this time would be: nothing that even vaguely looks like plagiarism.  But evidently, the subject never came up when Joe Biden assembled his presidential campaign staff.  But it looks as though the Biden campaign panicked when Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez tweeted that his lack of a radical plan to restructure our thriving economy so as to emit less CO2 was a "dealbreaker."

But with almost four weeks to work on something, the best the campaign could come up with was copying and pasting, and in some cases re-wording, the work of others on similar "Green New Deal" proposals to produce the "Biden Plan."

Of course, as anyone with a triple-digit IQ could predict, people noticed right away.  The Washington Post:

Joe Biden's presidential campaign lifted language without credit, at times word for word, when crafting its education and climate plans, incidents the campaign acknowledged and said were inadvertent.

The incidents appeared to be staff errors when detailing Biden's policies, and they underscored how hastily his campaign was attempting to put out specific proposals. But the issue was a particularly sensitive one for Biden, whose 1988 campaign was derailed after he plagiarized, in speeches, rhetoric used by British politician Neil Kinnock.

Reports also emerged that he used lines from two Democrats, Robert F. Kennedy and Hubert H. Humphrey, without attribution. Biden had also been cited for plagiarism in a paper during law school, an error he blamed on not knowing how to properly cite sources.

Once again, Biden proves he is the opposite of Trump.

He has shown before that he cannot rally and inspire people, and now he has shown that he cannot be a hard charging go-getter and problem solver. All his moves are reactive, preventive, and defensive.

The Green plagiarism rap is funny. Eveyone is sensitive about it, because Joe clearly has plagiarized in the past.

But, if you watch him fielding questions about his plan, its clear this was a staff effort, and that he hadn’t a clue as to what was in it. Every question asked about his new plan was answered by, “It’s complex, go to JoeBiden.com and read all about it.” He didn’t know what was in it... the staff cooked it up when told to give him a green plank. Of course, they screwed up by quoting others, but that’s another matter.

Every time I see his name I’m reminded of his interview where he said that when the stock market crashed in 1929, FDR went on television to console the public (or something like that).

That is not ignorance. That is stupidity. He should know this kind of stuff by osmosis by now. It appears that during his entire career his aides have been doing all the work.

My thought is that he's too stupid not to win the nomination.

Thanks for the tip. I’ll browse through some past months. Some of those cartoons look pretty entertaining.

Having worked alongside the military for twenty years I can tell you I've seen the same phenomenon with some (thankfully not to many) officers. Their NCOs, civilian employees and contractors do all the lifting, while they take the credit without having done anything to earn it.

US electorate:

25% Communists/Socialists
15% Liberal--Stupid
10% Middle of the road--Also Stupid

So, really, all the Demoncrats have to do is steal enough votes in enough states to win a national election.

Bidn isn’t stupid, e.g, his crushing of the hapless Paul Ryan in the VP debates a few years ago; however, Bidn’s age HAS caught up with him, leaving him mentally and physically decrepit ...

He can't stop plagiarizing just like he can't stop molesting children in front of cameras. I think getting caught is exciting to him in some way.

He's a bit of an exhibitionist when it comes to exposing his flaws - taking his weirdness to the next level. That's how he stands out from the other misfits running for the nomination.

“”It appears that during his entire career his aides have been doing all the work.””

No different after they get elected and the staff does all the work (poorly) that gets the elected ones in hot water and they’re too stupid to know why. The staff digs through old bills, proposals never offered up for votes and recycles them. They get their orders from the lobbyists and pass the ideas on to the one running or already elected and they mouth the words they are given..

The hapless Ron Paul, however, would get crushed by any oppoent without the opponent ever saying a word.
