Absolutely no cause for concern, insisted White House officials. There’s no medical issue with Trump or Pence. But yes, “something came up.”
And no, you’re not allowed to know what that thing is. Even though it was sufficiently urgent that the vice president of the United States had to cancel an event and return not just to Washington but to the White House. He’s on the job — which, one would think, rules out some personal or medical issue in the Pence family.
Pence’s spokesman insists there’s no cause for alarm. And no, you can’t know what’s up. Sorry.

How do you know a draft report wasn’t shown to Trump this morning? When asked what the “emergency” was requiring Pence to be recalled to the WH, the WH responded with “you’ll find out in a few weeks”.. Fits nicely with the FISA ABUSE report being completed today don’t you think?
Rumors in the military run the whole Armed Forces like wild fire. News people that propagate these things damage the home folks badly. It’s BS and irresponsible IMO

I think you may have hit the nail on the head. When questioned about this morning’s events, Pence’s Chief of Staff said there was no emergency, and that everyone would know why he canceled the trip “in a few weeks.” What else is expected within a few weeks?... Possible release of the IG report on the FISA court fraud.
Seems like one of the more likely possibilities.
