Cortez is intelligent. Pelosi is not. Among her constituents, Cortez is popular. Among her constituents, Pelosi is not. Cortez has money plus Latinos backing her. Pelosi has money and crooked Democrat politics backing. In a nose to nose face off, Cortez would win because the Democrats are not risk upsetting the Latinos.
