House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler on Sunday said Robert Mueller's report presents "very substantial evidence" that President Donald Trump is "guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors" -- an impeachable offense.

"We have to ... let Mueller present those facts to the American people, and then see where we go from there, because the administration must be held accountable," Nadler, whose committee would lead impeachment proceedings, said on "Fox News Sunday."

Mueller, the former special counsel for the Department of Justice and former director of the FBI, will testify before Congress on July 24 after House Democrats issued a subpoena for his appearance. Earlier this year, Mueller concluded a nearly two-year-long investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

I appreciate the enlightenment and hope you’re correct about the significance of the Epstein indictment.

Taking down any predator of babies, as you say, should be commended.

I will add and remind you that, as a consequence of the arrest of Epstein, PDJT lost his Secretary of Labor Alex Acosta. Hopefully, it will have been worth it and Eugene Scalia, son of the late SCOTUS justice, can assume his new role as Labor Secretary soon.

As the chairman of the judiciary committee, Nadler should at least give the appearance of being objective and wait until this "very substantial evidence" is presented to his committee to determine whether it rises to impeachment level.

Fatso didn't say there was "very substantial evidence" to determine whether Trump should be brought up on impeachment charges.

He also didn't say Trump should be "charged" with high crimes and misdemeanors. They haven't even had Mueller's testimony yet.

Nor did he say Trump has "committed" any high crimes and misdemeanors.

He just goes straight to saying Trump is "guilty" of high crimes and misdemeanors.

Fortunately, that is something the Senate determines, not Fatso or his committee.

The House just this past week put the nix on an impeachment resolution from far-left Greene from Texas.
