Pray there is a law against Comey on this that can he be charged. I feel that much of the appearance of criminal actions by this entire thing is not covered by a criminal law. Otherwise much of what happened to Trump will never result is jail time for many. So far unethical conduct seem to be most that happened. Interesting to see what Barr and the two IG have will get jail time for many.
The most obvious prosecutable actions is the leaking & mishandling of classified material. There are American citizens in jail right now for similar offenses.
As you say the other issues might be construed as “ethics violations”, which still can be criminal.
