In short, Lieu asked if DJT would have been indicted if not for the OLC opinion on POTUS not being able to be indicted. He answered Yes. This contradicted his own office’s May 29th memo. He just recanted his answer to Lieu.

i believe Lieu earlier got Mueller to say the inability to indict a sitting president was part of the reason why he did not pursue collusion...Lieu then went on about collusion and mueller said something to the extent he did not agree with Liue’s belief...
