There’s a whole mess of Somalis in Minnesota. So they’re in AZ, MN...that covers north and south (not to mention both borders) I wonder where else they might be fomenting and festering.

One of my good friends retired to a place just north of Tucson. When he “has” to go to Tucson (something he tries to avoid), he always carries because Tucson isn’t a safe city any longer. But at lease in AZ you now no longer have to have a permit to do so.
