No dude, like the killer here in El Paso. I’d like a public hanging and leave the body hanging until the vultures are done, or I’d gladly pour molasses over him and bring some fire ants. As a matter of fact let’s let the ants work first.
That punishment with media coverage would for sure deter all the rest of the school shooting. I’d rather remember these deranged fools this way rather than the media pushing and making them famous.

Does the “cruel and unusual” thing apply to non citizen terrorists?
I admit being weak on the Constitution.
We KNOW there was cruel and unusual during the civil war on both sides. It happens in war. War IS cruel.
