You make a good point considering Trump’s EO emboldened them to pass anti-gun laws. But bump stocks were junk anyway. I think this is different from the standpoint that Once they start red flag laws, each shooting the list of people who are not allowed to possess firearms will grow. After each shooting, Democrats will run to to the legislature with a list of 10 different groups of people who shouldn’t possess firearms, and the Republicans will give them 7 calling at compromise.
We cannot allow any more Red Flag laws to be passed!
And the ones that are in place (17 states) need to be challenged - they are unconstitutional!
