This is already a done deal. They’re going to get their foot in the door. Just read the posts here at Free Republic and see how many people think that by saying “due process” they have legitimate reason to support red flag laws.

How about Red Flag laws for everyone who are prescribed SSRI meds that carry side effect warnings of causing homicidal behavior? Especially in light of the fact that EVERY one of these mass shootings have the common connection to use of these mind altering drugs.
