I find it hard to feel pity for people who bring their own destruction on themselves, too.

However, I can still pray that God would reach them, just like any other lost sinner.

One of the hardest things to do is to pray for somebody who slights you and curses at you - or even wants you dead.

Personally, I don’t pity them because they had the same chance we all had to find THE TRUTH for themselves, and they chose to ignore it and feed their diabolical desires instead.

Still, we are called to pray for our enemies and that’s what I do from time to time for the crazy/insane lost these days. Folks are going to Hell in droves, they don’t believe it exists or that they’ll be held accountable. It’s funny how you just start talking about “The Bible” and folks get that terrified look in their eyes and they look down refusing to make face contact with you. And you carry The Bible around, worse - it’s like kryptonite to them.

That’s proof enough for me regarding the spiritual war.
