Joe Biden's campaign issued a memo to reporters that outlined a new strategy for dealing with President Trump's attacks on Biden and his son Hunter Biden. The memo says the campaign plans to "focus on the issues that impact people's lives while simultaneously hammering Donald Trump for his unprecedented abuse of power and correcting the record on the mountain of lies Trump and his allies continue to spread about Joe Biden."
The memo highlighted a new $6 million ad campaign across broadcast and digital platforms in four early contest states. The ad is called "Unhinged" and focuses on Biden's response to Mr. Trump's comments.
Speaking to reporters on Friday, Biden said to "focus on this man and what he is doing" when asked if there was a conflict of interest in Hunter Biden serving on the board of a Ukrainian energy company while he was vice president.
In an exclusive interview with CBS News on Friday, Jill Biden also said she didn't think there was a conflict of interest.
"I know my son Hunter. I know his values. I know his heart. I know that Donald Trump is scared to death of Joe Biden," Jill Biden said.

The cherry on top of the “mountain of lies” is, of course, little Joey Biden admitting to making American foreign policy conditional to his personal, private desires.
Joe says:

Biden excercised power over Ukrainian President. Check.
Hunter was on board of Burisma. Check.
Burisma was investigated. Check.
Biden forced President to fire prosecutor. Check.
There are much more to the story but that undisputable facts above say the conflict of interest without any investigation. The very definition of it.
Biden is _so_ far over his head.

Joe has been coddled by the mass media his entire life. While he has a long career in politics, he has _never_ faced a determined (can you say “scorched earth”) and clever opponent . Joe is the AA rookie about to fact a Cy Young pitcher in the playoffs.
I _almost_ feel sorry for Quid Pro Joe.
He has no idea what is about to hit him.
I see where Kamala Harris’s former Boyfriend Willie Brown has written an article in the San Francisco Chronicle urging Hillary Clinton to get in the race. I guess that means he has dumped Kamala and has no confidence in the others.
Biden’s explicit instructions to the press on topics they must scrupulously avoid. Democrats get to do that.
Of course no conflict of interest was involved in Hunter Biden’s appointment to the board of the Ukrainian company. And when Joe Biden bragged about getting a prosecutor fired whose investigation was getting a little too close to his son, he was only doing the official business of the US.
But Trump is corrupt for trying to shine the light on these activities.
Joe Biden told us so, so it must be true.
I have much enjoyed the dishonest “press” trying to explain, dismissing Biden’s comment about getting the Ukrainian prosecutor fired as “innocent”. And if they will believe that, I have several people in my family who would love to sit on the board of a UK energy company even though they know nothing about their business and get paid $ 50,000 a month. Not likely to happen.
Those of us who've watched the Glenn Beck timeline on the Ukraine are further immune to Democrat/media efforts at absorption.
Biden had the gall to so Trump was the definition of corruption. Biden’s statement is the definition of projection.

In a bizarre way, the Ukraine story actually HELPS Biden ... because it takes public attention away from his loose dentures, his groping hands, and his pea-sized brain.

He doesn't need to roll out an ad campaign for this. Just simply tell the truth. But he can't do that. He needs a smokescreen of more lies to cover it all up.
