I wish I felt confident in that statement, but I don't.
I'm so accustomed to being disappointed with our justice system (and politics in general), that I just can't find an ounce of optimism or belief in the system any longer. I expect and predict betrayal at every turn.
Trump is only one man. He has so little support in DC, that I half expect him to fail in his mission to correct our troubles through the political system laid down by the Framers. I now strongly believe that the divide between left and right is now too deep and entrenched to fix through anything but open warfare.
I do believe the good people of this country will win in the end, but it's gonna cost us, and plenty.

Ninety percent of this forum gave the Keebler Elf the benefit of the doubt for far, far too long. He never did a damn thing to go after the deep state, which is why Trump eventually fired his ass.
Is Barr doing anything any differently than his predecessor? I see no evidence of it, but I sure do hear a lot of, "He's hot on their trail!"

I tend to agree, but Sessions the Insurance Policy, was never reported to be doing anything but twiddling his thumbs, here AG Barr is seen to be doing something at least, Brennan is publicly crying about an up coming interview with Durham, I would think he would be one of the last people to talk to after compiling all the evidence of Guilt, knowing he will LIE through his Teeth. We shall see what happens, soon I hope

We now know that he was snoozing in his office the whole time, as many of us suspected.
Pardon me if I'm no longer impressed by glowing, breathless stories like this one. Nothing whatsoever comes from them. No indictments - no jailed politicians or gov't apparatchiks.

Not many. Maybe not any at all since he is personally globetrotting to Italy, Australia, UK, and Ukraine.
If Durham and Barr are going to be personally questioning Brennan and Clapper, that suggests they are pretty much finished investigating and questioning their former underlings.
Barr and Durham have been very deliberate in their investigations. The fact that Barr is personally involved in the various investigations, even going to far as to travel to Italy, Ukraine, Great Britain, and other countries, is strong evidence that he may not trust career or politically compromised prosecutors to be as aggressive as is needed in taking down the Deep State; and no one should be sure that Hillary is free and clear. Same might be true of Obama. Biden should also be very worried. Durham is no respecter of politically connected individuals.
