True. Impeachment won't stick unless it's supported by a clear majority of citizens and elected representatives, which this clearly is not.
Attempting to oust a president without clear and unambiguous evidence of wrongdoing will cause an immense negative reaction among the public, unless the action is plainly justified - which this one is not.
