They love other lefties in Washington and seldom arrest protestors. If her goal is to get arrested she should show courage of her conviction and go someplace that does not love her.
Perhaps she could hold a sit in at VFW post. She may get a little wet but it would show more courage then the love fest she will have in DC.
This isn't going to be protesting, it is going to be posing... in the friendliest venue imaginable.
