If House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is anything, she is the poster child for term limits. But because she’s been sucking up taxpayer money in salary and benefits for decades now, she knows how ‘the system’ works.
In particular, while most of her Garbage Party caucus goes to sleep at night having dreams about impeaching President Trump, Pelosi (we hope) tosses and turns in angst and anguish because she knows what her voters don’t: There is no way she can get it done.
And why? Because even among her own members she doesn’t have the support. She ain’t got the votes.

Everyone knows this is a sham, going nowhere. It only serves to allow the Leftist Activist media to continue to bash Trump along with the Dems, nothing more, nothing less.
It is a distraction and voters see it as such and aren’t happy with the do nothing Dems as they enjoy the Trump spectacular economy.
But Quid Pro Joe said Trump is being removed tomorrow.
By not holding a vote, she allows Schitt and Nadless to continue to exclude Republicans from calling witnesses and from interrogating Dems witnesses..........
She might have 218 votes but 99% would be Democrats and she knows that will be the end of them as a House majority.

1. It will fail
2. it would force the Congresscritters to show where they stand and the Left cannot afford for the country to see who they really are.
No. She won’t hold a formal impeachment inquiry because then the Republicans will be able to subpoena witnesses and have them testify under oath. Her son Paul Pelosi, a man with no energy experience or expertise, like Hunter Biden was payed huge sums to sit on a Ukrainian energy company board. His testimony, if he didn’t embarrassingly take the 5th, would be revealing and more than embarrassing to the Democrats.
She might be able to browbeat the votes. Those Dems who won House seats by promising to represent the views of their conservative constituents seems to have been silenced. The problem would be that a lot of them would be very vulnerable in the next election.
No vote, no impeachment inquiry, no subpoenas. Not too hard to understand.

Hunter Biden move over. Now Nancy Pelosi’s son may be looking to take center stage with the Ukraine controversy. Paul Pelosi, Jr. spent time in Ukraine in 2017.

Whatever it takes to continue an investigation that the media will cover. This treatment will happen to all future GOP Presidents as well, until the GOP is outlawed.
But, but, but, I just read on Politico this morning that “the walls were closing in on Trump for impeachment” after yesterday’s testimonies...
We need to first elect real Republicans to both houses of Congress.
A yea is a career-ender for any of her members not in deep blue districts.
It is a guerrilla tactic much like what they used on Presidents Nixon, Reagan and both Bush. The dims plant the dis-information and the media trumpets it from the mountain tops. Goebbels would be proud.
