That’s the real danger; Beto is pathetic politically but notice that no Dem has disavowed his confiscation proposal despite many opportunities to do so? Which means they agree.
Imagine Lizzie Battle Ax saying, “Oh, don’t listen to Beto; we don’t intend to confiscate anyone’s guns, that’s against the Constitution and besides it would ignite civil war if we did”.
