So millions are collected to clean up the streets. They go into pockets and off shore accounts while debris and rats take over the neighborhoods. One conservative activist goes in for a weekend with no tax dollars and clears out a neighborhood. So illustrative of everything going on in our corrupted government and society.
I watched a documentary called Kleptocrats and it was exactly this sort of thing although it was not in the US. When I watched it I though this is exactly what politicians do here why are they not in jail.
