Ideally. It’s a fine plan — IF Wray, etc., want the President to see anything. (Which they don’t.)

Of course you are assuming every single person in a position of authority is anti Trump. I doubt seriously that is the case. Whistle Blowers work both ways and if just one pro Trump employee sees that the Presidents requests are being thwarted by anti Trumper’s and he steps forward it will be game over.
I used to work in sensitive areas requiring a top secret clearance when I was in the military. Having a TS clearance does not allow me or any one else with a similar clearance to view sensitive intelligence because that is allowed only on a “need to know” basis. But that doesn’t mean it cannot be accessed or that the location of such info is unknown.
