The President would have a legal obligation to investigate this “crime” So if it is a crime, Trump was doing his duty, it is is NOT a crime what Biden did it would still need to be investigated to verify. In either case Trump is not guilty of anything.
It is either a crime or it is not. It cannot be a crime for Trump but not for Biden. If it is a crime, Trump is legally obligated to help investigate Bidens actions. .
Either way there is no legal standing to this continuing farce in the US House

Why anyone with half-a-brain would believe that Donald Trump would have demanded a quid-pro-quo deal with the Ukraine, so they'd investigate the actual quid-pro-quo demand made by Biden. Donald Trump is not a stupid man. Only an idiot would have committed the same action as Biden did, in order to get the Ukraine to investigate an already admitted, on camera quid pro quo. The whole thing makes no sense.
The Ukrainian parliament just demanded an investigation into a 7.5 Billion bribery concerning the Oligarchs, the Democrats, and Poroshenko. The US is required by treaty to launch it. This is actually huge for exposing The Bidens, Clintonso and previous administration.
