Judging by the school district’s ruling, this behavior would be considered “bullying” and the girls would all be referred to juvenile authorities. The parents have to get involved and stop the madness. Of course the girls could simply refuse to enter the locker rooms—but why should they be deprived of gym/sports to accommodate one freak?

Disagree. Enabling gender Dysphoria is not the solution. The best thing to do is leave the school and go to private or home school. Swim clubs are better than high school anyways. Voting with your feet sends a powerful message. A school district of only Transgender kids

You do understand that at the very least the girls that laughed would be suspended possible kicked out of school and the potential is there to be charged with a hate crime! We have allowed this nonsense to go to far already.
