This sailing yacht has been for sale for $2.9 million for some time ... after sitting on the market in Thailand, it was truly unfortunate that it sank after hitting a mysterious object ....

Golly Wally, it sure would be nice if they were insured after trying to sell that boat for a long time. They could sure use the money.

I’m in before any Freepers claim to have lost their firearms on this vessel.

From the link, “We focus strongly on eco-friendly activities aboard the yacht including performance sailing, guided Scuba diving and snorkeling, guided jungle walks and wildlife viewing, kayaking, catch & release fishing, surfing and just relaxing on some of the most beautiful beaches in the world with not another tourist within 100 miles.”

Everyone knows how “eco-friendly” they are in South East Asia. Thats why 90% of the “eco-friendly” garbage found in the Pacific Ocean comes from there. but the pictures do look beautiful. Its hard to believe there is not another tourist within a hundred miles.

“So they hit a UFO and sank?”

Must have had something to do with their destination. They sunk on the way to Phuket, Thailand

Probably a partially submerged container ship conex box shipping container.

High density of container ship traffic in region and lots of fraudulent insurance schemes where boxes are dumped into ocean.

They float about a meter or two below the surface and are a nightmare for sailing
