Last year in this space I made the case that President Trump is great with children. I provided visual evidence. Thought it might soften some of the haters. There was nothing to lose by trying. Of course I know better — I always knew better — that with certain people trying does no good. Never has, never will.
Why do they hate him so? I don’t even want to know. Lucky for them, someone invented patient confidentiality, freeing us from ever having to find out their dirty little secrets. But boy have they ruined things.

But imagine, a jovial fellow running for president is undermined by the outgoing administration and its intelligence services, not to mention the campaign of its anointed successor and all the usual suspects in the press. After his surprise victory, those forces double up to make life hell for him even before he has spent a single night in the White House. A two-year investigation is launched that for all its police-state tendencies comes up dry. That is interpreted as reason enough to redouble and retriple the efforts to destroy him..

I personally APPLAUD the DIMocRATS’ foolish WITCH HUNT, as it is (possibly FOREVER) destroying any chance for the DIMs to keep the HoR, win seats in the Senate OR win the WH in 2020 and PERHAPS in 2022, 2024 & elections to follow..

They - The Powers That Be, the Deep State, whatever you want to call them -despise the electorate. In fact I would say they despise having to go through the hassles of elections. And as a result of this contempt, they are (1) actively importing a new electorate though unchecked illegal immigration and (2) trying to undo an election which through their arrogance they lost to some upstart neophyte who now has the temerity to think that the government should actually follow the dictates of the chief executive, as far as that goes. It's not going to work because We the People are now woke, to use one of their terms.
In their insane rush to impeach President Trump, they bull headlong into the china shop and we see the destruction, learn the way the bull moves, make notes on why it turned left or right, wait for the animal rescue league to come and capture the beast ..... and walk into the court of public opinion with two notebooks full of data, just in time to landslide victoriously back into the White House AND ... The House of Representatives with a healthier Senate margin

Because he sides with the citizens and the rule of law against the establishment plan to turn the USA into North Mexico.
Not woke enough if we keep re-electing the Bush League Republican Senators that are still hell bent on amnesty and the Bush Plan for North Mexico (aka USA).
