I many times wonder if leftists Jews are the victims of genetic in-breeding. Or if leftist Jews are plugged into a mindset that goes back to the days of FDR and the trappings of the New Deal. George Soros is genetically Jewish. In terms of religion, Soros may be an Atheist. At the moment Soros and his various organizations may be the leader and leaders of the current leftist continuum. My only guess is that leftist Jews want a world wide Totalitarian socialist dictatorship. Is there any part of the Mainstream Jewish Religion that advocates for a socialist dictatorship.? I am puzzled by the leftist Jews. When I try to employ logic towards the situation, I don’t seem to get logical answers.
Posting a reply to my own question...If the leftist view of the human race is slaves and slave masters, then the leftist are wanting to be the masters. And conversely, every one will be required to submit to the slave masters. Hitler the socialist greatly admired the Moslems. Socialism demands submission. Islam demands submission. A future of Submission to socialist government with a Moslem army to enforce the rules of the citizens. And in China, a submission to the government socialist agenda with the Moslems not in charge.
They are fully secular and anti religious jews. It is a bit strange but it is what it is.
These secular hellenist like jews , like the greeks, happen to serve socialism whereas every other ethnic or identity groups use socialism to serve their own nationalist interests. The result is invariably these brown shirt leftists motivating the attack on jews, highjacking the Cain vs Abel rhetoric that since not everyone can be rich, no one should be rich, no one should be loved, starting with the jews getting the hate and self hate.
Traditional rabbis identify the problem as spiritual. Self-hating Jews are from the ‘erev rav’ (mixed multitude) that were allowed to join Israel as they left Egypt in the Exodus. The group has had a negative effect on the Jewish people throughout history.
