We had this happen to us but in reverse. We were selling our house and a black man came through with his realtor to look at it. He told us that he was going to submit an offer and we had better accept it as written or else he would sue us for discrimination, tie us the sale of our home, and eventually take our home for free.
My wife was scared to death over the prospect of such and offer. We never heard from him again. But we sold our house as quickly as we could.
Race pimps are pure satanic evil.
The only color that matters to me when doing any sort of business is GREEN.
I’m surprised that the real estate agent actually brought the potential buyer to house why you folks were home. My experience, based upon the many years of my ex-wife who was a real estate agent, was to never have the 2 parties in the same room.
Sellers have an emotional connection to the property and will try to point out all of the neat stuff, where as a buyer is typically looking for any flaws that may raise red flags. Too much potential for 1 party to get pissed off at the other party.
