I personally blame the gopE senate, they are all corrupt.
Everything hinges on the bipartisan nature of Never Trumpism. Mueller and his police state tactics never happens if the GOP had fully supported removing and replacing Sessions.
Instead, the GOP Senate publicly threatened POTUS not to fire him and the Deep State took that as a green light from the GOP to launch The Resistance.
Now we have CIA back coupists operating from the White House and the FIB in open defiance of POTUS. The resistance bureaucrats like Wray and Haspel have no fear of reprisals for obstruction because they have top cover from the Trump hating GOPe. That attitude filters down through their organizations, too. It really is that simple.
The House and the Senate are legislative bodies. It is not their function to either prosecute or to punish. They have some oversight functions, and they can "refer" for prosecution, but their primary function is to legislate.
It is up to the executive branch to investigate and to prosecute crimes. Our FBI is supposed to the primary agency to investigate federal crimes, and the DOJ is supposed to be the primary agency to prosecute federal crimes. Other agencies are also investigating and prosecuting, but these are supposed to be the primary ones. All of them are corrupted.
What can an administration do when their FBI and their DOJ are exposed as being corrupted, and having been corrupted for many years and even decades, corrupted all the way to TREASON and beyond?
Most reasonable people already acknowledge that these corrupted federal agencies have been at war against the human citizens of the USA for many decades. Who the Hell is going to investigate and prosecute these corrupted, treasonous, sub-human, reptilian scumbags in our federal agencies?
Now, think back to the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings, to the conversation between Lindsay Graham and Kavanaugh. Huge clues there. Huge clues there, and everywhere else. Huge clues in the Q drops. Huge clues in the bug-eyed terror-stricken PANIC among the communist Democrats.

Under what conditions can military tribunals be used to bring about justice? For military criminals? Obviously. For civilian criminals? For political criminals? For government bureaucrat criminals? For Judicial Branch criminals? For media criminals?
What sort of conditions would warrant military involvement in the criminal activities within the civilian government?
It appears that the FBI/DOJ has been given one last chance to clean themselves up, and to investigate and prosecute their internal criminals, at least the worst of them.
Lots of questions. We have lots of clues, but we don't know exactly the schedule of events.
We've been told that the operation is a military operation.
We've been told that the results will be HUGE, BIBLICAL in scope.
We've been told that "Nothing can stop what is coming."
Look at all the communist Democrats. Do they appear to be in control of anything? Do they appear to be confident or safe? Do they appear to be comfortable? Relaxed?
