I’m no expert on this, but I don’t believe a thousand trained soldiers could dislodge 100 Marines from a building where they were properly set up. Especially if the Marines had proper air support.
Same ROE’s that our cops use should be employed by our troops. If you feel threatened you have the right to defend yourself.
Of course that would eliminate the need to have lawyers assigned to our troops.
