Odongo will never be legally brought to justice for anything.
The PIAPS...maybe, but highly unlikely. The Grim Reaper will probably get to her before the DOJ ever does.
But perhaps maybe Odongo could just “disappear” never to be seen or heard from ever again...just kinda “poof”....”gone”... nobody knows where he went....kinda like Jimmy Hoffa. Hey, maybe he and Jimmy could become friends...wherever that might be.... ;)
