San Francisco, whether it knows it or not, should be bracing to get even more crime-ridden and hellish than it already is with the questionably rigged election of Chesa Boudin as the city's chief prosecutor.

Chesa, my court sessions resume next week so I am unable to join your inauguration ceremony. I sent you this message to tell you how much I admire you, and to wish you well in your new endeavors.

No note of compassion from the Wise Latina for the families of the three men that Chesa's parents murdered.

I forget who it was, but someone on FR called her the “Wide Latina.” I like it.

From the article: Boudin, recall, vows to ignore quality-of life-crimes, drop gang enhancement charges on gangsters, and pressure victims of violent crimes to opt for 'restorative justice,' instead of jailtime, letting crooks off if they apologize.

A good fit for ... oh, never mind...

Sotomayor is hanging on to the old Clive-Piven strategy. She hopes that making California into a frightening, third world country will sufficiently frighten the people. Ultimately the goal is to enable a media driven, charismatic dictator to emerge with magical, behavior controlling edicts to rule the peons.

Boogieman politics is much easier when you can put him in the happening now in your backyard, video news cycle. (Just ask, useful tool, Tucker Carlson).

If it were proved that Obama was not eligible to serve as President, would his Supreme Court appointments be nullified?

No sitting judge, let alone a SC Justice, should be heaping praise on ANY prosecutor, for any reason. To do so is to show bias toward not only the particular person involved, but also to the class of prosecutors. Judges at all levels need to be beyond reproach, and the Wide Latina has shown - conclusively - that she is not.

Don’t know and, frankly, don’t care. At this point I am so sick and tired of the PC BS, that I almost go out of my way to insult the idiot snowflakes (but I repeat myself).
