1. Corrupt the system.
2. Cheat, in order to get your way.
3. If you don't get your way, blame it on the system.
Tried it against Trump. Almost succeeded.
The Dems will try it again in 2020. This time they will pull out all the stops.
When Trump wins, they will blame the outcome on voting irregularities, foreign interference, racist voters, anything but themselves and their candidate.
Don't forget: The Dems caused the voting problems in the first place.
