At first glance, Corey Feldman’s house looks ridiculous. A crooked Christmas wreath hangs on the front door, even though it is late January. Feldman’s assistant lets me into the two-storey home in the hills of Los Angeles, and when I walk into the living room I have to bite the insides of my cheeks to stop myself from gasping: hanging above the fireplace is a drawing of Feldman from his 80s teen glory years. The bookcases are packed with vintage toys, most still in their boxes, most from Feldman’s own movies: there’s Goonies merch, Gremlins memorabilia, The Lost Boys souvenirs. And, of course, there are the inevitable posters of his films, including License to Drive and Stand By Me. It’s like a parody of how one might imagine a former child star’s house to look: one part Neverland to two parts Norma Desmond. I haven’t even mentioned the picture of Michael Jackson – with whom Feldman was friends as a child – in the front hallway, greeting you as you walk past.
I was a big Feldman fan back in the day, and maintain that his performance in Stand By Me equals River Phoenix’s more acclaimed one. But standing in his living room I find myself doing what most others do about Feldman these days: “Look at this guy,” I think, giving in to the siren call of snark. “What a joke!”
Feldman, 48, eventually appears and he doesn’t look much less absurd than his house. It’s hot outside, but he is in a lavishly patterned shirt, a waistcoat and suit trousers. He still has that thin-lipped wide grin that made him so recognisable as a child actor, but set alongside his skinny build, it now emphasises his jagged, cracked appearance.

I thought he was dead. It is hard to keep up with former child stars.

One of my oldest friends was abused by her stepfather. She told her mother and her mother didn't believe her.
My friend got help and confronted the stepfather. HE apologized. He was a drunk. And they ended up okay.
I never asked my friend if her stepfather had been abused himself as a boy. He probably was. She wouldn't want to hear about it anyway.
It’s another Corey (Haim) that is dead. They worked together on a number of films.
He keeps saying that, but won’t name names.
While likely true, he’s lost my attention.
Like they said. Haim was the one the put in the movie so the girls had someone to call the cute boy, Feldman was always the leader/smartass kid.
I don’t doubt this guy, but he just needs to go away. Either name names or just stop with the occasional attention getting sensationalism. It’s kind of pathetic. Sort of like, “Huge breaking story! I’ll tell you about it on Monday.”
I don’t, but have you ever considered he is doing it for his own safety, or to continue his career.
I have no doubt that Hollyweird is overrun with Pedos.
I am inclined to believe him. When I was a kid I was pursued (but never caught) by men who I now believe were pedophiles.

He should but he has to be very careful of libel. What proof does he have? It's his word and memory as a child against people with powerful attorneys.
I would suggest he write a book with clues to who the people are; movies he did, dates, and people around him. Have it vetted by a couple lawyers first.
It doesn’t necessarily travel through generations.
There are a demned lot of pedophiles who were introduced to it gradually through pornography (written or visual) and others who progressed to that as an escalation of bullying they were doing to younger kids in their childhood.

Until Feldman names names, it’s all conjecture.
I saw him interviewed a couple of years ago about this. I was under the impression he was going to put out a film of sorts, naming exactly who were the culprits. I wondered what ever became of that. I guess he values his life more.
