Yes.
The democrats are going to nominate a “1-percenter”?
Yeah, the Sanders and Warren supporters are going to love that !
Just when you think it couldn’t get weirder, it get weirder.
Let me correct you: he bought that last election and it should never have occurred. His first one came about purely because of 9/11 and Guiliani’s endorsement of him. If 9/11 hadn’t happened, Mark Green, the Democrat, would have won. He was scheduled to win. Who knows, I’m sure Bloomberg was paying off people in 2001!
He’s already bought Virginia
They arent worried about Trump. They know Trump is winning this fall and it wont be close.
Yes, among primary voters.
And not single person on our side should worry about it. Bloomberg will garner NO support outside the coastal states in the general.
I've been laughing all morning about the Bloomberg/Hillary ticket.
Trump will beat them like a drum all the way back to the White House in November.
WHAT FUN THIS IS GONNA BE.
Of course.
Running for mayor of NYC after Rudy and 9-11 is not the same as running as a Democrat in 2020.
Democrats are not above anything when it comes to getting, and keeping power...even murder.
Are you kidding?
Is the Pope Catholic? Oh, er, what’s the one about the bear in the woods?
Walkin' around money for every black community in the country... the 'Democrat Way'...
In 2001 in NYC the Republicans had NO ONE, so the Republicans sold Bloomy the “R” brand.
In 2016 the Republicans, needing a foil for Jeb! and realizing the elect-ability of the Beast, sold the “R” brand to Donald Trump thinking “no one would elect a billionaire reality TV show host in the primaries.” Fortunately, that backfired on the GOP...big league.
Also in 2016 the RATS sold the nomination to the Clinton Foundation to avoid Bernie.....remember all those “super delegates?
Now the RATS find themselves in a situation where the likely winner of the nomination is not only NOT a Democrat, but CRAZY as well....so yeah, they’ll sell Bloomy the brand and hope for (what to them is) the best.
History may not always repeat itself
But it does rhyme
Will he inspire African Americans to come out in large numbers? Or anybody. This arrogant man is totally lacking in charisma, sense of humor, etc.
Whoa! does Mikey have a death wish?
There -- fixed it.
Another correction: Bloomberg was a Democrat before he was a Republican. He only became a Republican to gain a spot on the ticket to run for mayor. The Dem spot was already taken by Mark Green.
Democrats So Desperate to Win in November, They've Asked Donald Trump to be Their Nominee
> I am wondering how many Democrats will vote for Bloomberg <
Money talks. Or maybe I should say that propaganda works. If Bloomberg runs enough ads, he will have an impact. But will it be enough to make up for the BernieBots who stay home? Maybe.
A true story I read in some magazine years ago:
A town in South America was having an election for mayor. The guy who owned the local shoe store decided to run an ad campaign tied to the election. His shoe brand was called Holvapes (or something like that). The guy put up hundreds of posters all around town: Vote for whomever you want. But for real comfort go with Holvapes.
Holvapes won the election as a write-in!
Such is the power of propaganda.
