Clarice Feldman has written an outstanding article about DC law and why McCabe was likely not indicted. She discusses jury bias in the Stone case as well as many other DOJ issues. It is well worth a read.

https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2020/02/dc_law.html

Over on youtube, Tracy Beanz comments on the perjury charges being dropped against McCabe, Her sources tell her that the grand jury would not indict.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UoTU7A7dp6k

So Barr runs to ABC and gives an interview in which he says President Trump’s tweets are making his job more difficult and he needs to stop involving himself in DOJ matters. In that interview Barr says he is not a Roger Stone fan and was glad he was convicted. So he can voice an opinion about Stone, but Trump cannot tweet an opinion of his own? This ABC interview is over at the Conservative Treehouse, in case anyone missed the full interview, not just the clips that were breathlessly repeated over and over again in MSM.

Why did he do this interview? I think he did this to cover his substantial backside regarding his inability/intent to reign in the rogue agents/attorneys in his departments. His own assistant Shea backed down against the ire of those 4 attorneys who wanted a sentence of 7-9 years for Stone, then removed themselves from the case. What an embarrassment for Barr, so he had to someone blame POTUS’s tweets for this.

Back to McCabe’s “case being closed”. Many have written that Rosenstein was Barr’s “protege.” Some may recall McCabe threatening “if I go down, I’m taking a lot of people down with me”. One of those people was Rosenstein, who set up the whole Mueller Russia hoax, and tried to entrap the President. McCabe said he would subpoena Rosenstein if his case went to trial. Imagine the dirty laundry this might have revealed!

I believe Barr is a cleaner, a fixer and will not deal adequately with the corrupt DOJ. He was brought in to see that all the corrupt people were protected (like Comey, McCabe, Rosenstein) etc.

Durham, in my view is going to turn out to be another Huber. There will be nothing there.

I hope I am wrong, but watching this fiasco unfold has made me realize there is no justice for anyone who supports Trump or is associated with him.

“Mike Wallace Jr has the worst Sunday program on TV.”

Agreed. His show, last I knew, was also the lowest rated for the time slot. He is unbearable.

Prayers for Rush, an American icon. If he were to die today he would have led a life people can only dream of. The hatred he endured was covered by the love millions enjoyed.

Allow me to expand.

I hate and despise those airline seats. You are right, they are entirely too small for Americans and as for that guy punching the lady’s seat, he was very crammed in there.

I have not ridden in an airplane since 1995 so my experience is limited.

And I am one of those people who maybe should buy two seats.

I don’t know the answer except I stand by that if the seat leans back the occupier should be allowed to do so and the person behind has no business punching the seat.

The airline should have just moved the guy or the guy should be punching around the captain’s seats or some such.

Insert wink here.

Because Trey Gowdy, who could be my son, is very, very handsome.

I hear, insert rumor here, that Gowdy is being considered as a pundit on Fox news.

I wonder if Barr signs off on these cases before they are announced ?

Would assume so but it also looks like the corrupt prosecutors get their say so and his comment re Stone doesn’t jive with the treatment of McCabe and lying.

To me if McCabe skates on everything them the comment on protecting others because he would “ rat them out “ is very true.

“The determination was made to fight the battle on higher ground rather than waste time and resources”

I’m not seeing it. If he has been cleared for his role in the Trump investigation, what else is there?

The decision to not prosecute Andrew McCabe is a very clear indication of why it is so important to decentralize the various government agencies. There is another thread today that talks about how the jury pool in DC is limited and there would be no reasonable expectation that McCabe would be convicted; more like an OJ verdict rather than a Roger Stone verdict.

I saw some Mike Bloomberg commercials, and realized that I probably had never heard him speak before. What a boring guy. And why is Bloomberg "News" allowed to operate while he is running for President? That is a classic example of conflict of interest.

If Bloomberg select Hillary as VP candidate, who will program the GPS to find Wisconsin?

I posted this to myself to avoid having any being offended by being posted to, or thinking that somebody else wrote the post.

If anybody on this thread actually watches any of the Sunday shows, please ping me about it. Thanks.

https://www.neonrevolt.com/2019/03/31/they-want-the-keys-to-the-kingdom-unmasking-obamainwhiteface-petebuttigieg-with-the-help-of-sorosrentboy-franklinleonard-qanon-greatawakening-blacklistanon-neonrevolt/

Above is the skinny on Buttplug. This pretty much confirms his Asset status with the company and his his story alone almost screams cia asset and a white verion of Obama. He would pretend to be the first gay potus but in reality he would be #2. But that won't happen once people see his work history and what he has been up to and what the company he worked for secretly was up to.

here's a clip from an extremely long threat but well worth the time:(once again thank pugmama)

So where did this guy come from? What has he done? And what accounts for this sudden rise to prominence from utter obscurity?

I know it may be painful for my audience, but grit your teeth and watch this Trevor Noah clip to get a sense of the man, and how they’re already hailing him as some kind of Progressive Saint simply because… he’s a blank slate.

Interesting angle, right? Even Trevor Noah says that he’s skeptical of someone with no real baggage, but they literally couldn’t find anything bad about the guy to report on. The guy was valedictorian of his High school, went to Harvard, served in Afghanistan, and was a Rhodes scholar at Oxford. And all this before becoming a mayor, and now… running for president.

Why, according to his Wikipedia, the guy even saves rescue puppies! And just listen to how “well-spoken” he is!

It’s like Mr. Smith goes to Washington, if the titular Mr. Smith was a degenerate sodomite! (Hey Franklin, does that sound like a winning 2019 Black List script? Nah, you’re probably right. Not “trans-inclusive” enough for you these days, I’d imagine).

(But I have one tangential issue here I’d like to address before moving on, and it’s about Noah’s snide comment about Trump not knowing any languages -hurhurhur, the joke being that he doesn’t even know English hurdurhurdur #OrangeManBad, now everyone laugh robotically.

Well, newsflash, you incompetent rube: the evidence actually shows that Trump knows Korean, but is smart enough to keep it hidden from you idiots, for diplomatic and strategic purposes. Here’s Thomas Wictor on that doozy of a subject).

But I return to my original question. How did Franklin, a man who has nothing but disdain and downright hatred for “flyover country,” suddenly find and connect with “Mayor Pete?”

Sure, they both went to Harvard (where, as you would expect, certain secret societies operate).

And yes, the Rhodes scholar connection should be setting off alarms in anyone’s head – namely because the Rhodes house (which I’ve personally visited) is a complete Cabal factory. (Recall, Bill Clinton himself was a Rhodes scholar). And seriously, the house’s fascade is covered in odd occult engravings, which include depictions of pyramids, the sphinx, and Zimbabwe Birds (which… I think might be a particularly Rhodesian twist on owl-imagery, but that’s just speculation on my part).

........................ basically mayor Pete speaks 7 languages one of them Farsi and has the perfect background to be obama #2.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

LOL - if you can get here by say 3:00? It should be ready by then! :-)

I also got a real ‘deal’ on it ... $1,89/lb at Aldi’s ( versus $3.27/lb at Walmart)! Getting a deal always makes it taste just a little bit better, IMO.

“The fact you strenuously glean the internet for a few leaks doesn’t mean you actually know anything”

What a ludicrous comment! It is also insulting to Fishtalk.

If you spent time researching yourself, you might discover that many are doing deep dives into what you call “secret” proceedings and putting the pieces together.

The DOJ etc are corrupt and the “secrets” you speak of will come out. I for one am tried of being lied to and deceived.
