Here, all the prepared foods and frozen foods are all but completely gone from the shelves.

If you know how to cook using basics there's still plenty raw ingredients available.

I'm so glad I know how to cook from scratch. Not only can I do it, my GF says I'm quite good at it. She prefers I do the cooking rather than she. :-)

I was a little nervous going to the store this morning. I thought I was going to find nothing on the shelves. The only thing I couldn’t find was decent meat. I don’t eat prepared food, I’m celiac. dont need toilet paper and I dont use many paper products. Almost like a regular day for me.
