The President artfully prevented this shifting of blame today when asked about this by saying that the local governments had a better handle on how severe the lockdown should be, with different areas of the country deciding how to handle things based on local conditions.
Local conditions in CA. are 950 cases in a 40 mullion population and the state is SHUT DOWN!! These Dem legislators don’t know their ass from a hole in the ground God help us all!!!
