My best friend who is a landlord pays people to move. Works better for her than hassling through the legal process. She almost never has a problem. She also makes sure her places are nice, her rent is reasonable, she fixes fast and she is a good judge of character.
yes. This is an unusual deal. It’s a remodel with full landlord access while we complete the whole house.
We ended up with a jive-talker...it could have been worse he has paid but always late with a story to tell.
