People in my neighborhood say that they can set their clocks by my daily movements. I have been going daily to the same park with my dogs for over 15 years for my high-speed aerobic walk. I am 76 and have no major health issues....exercise is vital to good health.
I get my daily exercise even if nothing else gets done.
Plus you’re getting natural light.
Some folks fail to understand that for millenia, most humans spent all or much of their time outdoors.
I don’t believe we were made to be inside 99% of the time.
Wonderful routine! Keep it up, and you can join me for my 100th birthday celebration LOL. Our dog passed away a few months ago at age 16, but she was a total joy for a pet. A little 11 lb Lhasa Apso breed. Those make wonderful pets. And they DON’T SHED hair!!
I am shocked how many foods I can eat now and get away with, which I could not do when exercise was not in my routine. In my mid-50’s every time I had a nice steak dinner in a nice restaurant, I got chest pains. I was on a cruise in late February a month ago, ate all kinds of high cholesterol food, and no problem. I go the gym and see only younger people in good shape there. Seniors must hate exercise.
