I don't think Donald Trump is an idiot or can be led "around by the nose". Clearly he understands that this is a real problem that needs to be dealt with.

He’s being lead around by doctors with their ever-changing models and no one else. If we only listen to doctors, the country will be shut down until we have a vaccine.
