this is ridiculous....these kinds of mental people are allowed to filter in and out and nobody stops them....this has to be addressed after the covid is over....where are the police?...this is murder....
In deblasios and cuomos NY the mentally ill are allowed to walk amongst the citizens. The mentally ill rather than being hospitalized costing the city big, they are told to go to out patient clinics for their meds. They are not monitored as to whether they are taking their meds, to much or not at all and are sent out to mingle with the normal
