Thanks. We were eating very few carbs, but there’s a meat shortage in the supermarkets here. Will try to do it again as soon as possible. In the meantime, about an hour of exercise in a day decreases the craving for food, too.

I believe the SARS-CoV-2 infected cells feed on carbohydrates. Which is why diabetics obese (men for a different reason) are most effected.
Doctors are recommending vitamin B1 which brakes down carbohydrates to help prevent/fight this. Kefir is rich in Vitamin B12, B1, and Vitamin K

In the meantime, about an hour of exercise in a day decreases the craving for food, too. If you want to kill carbohydrate pangs, eat about 3 tablespoons of all natural peanut butter that has no sugar added. It then takes 15-20 minutes for your body to react and stop the craving. It stops for a good 3-4 hours after the wait (which is hard to do).
